In conjunction with, Durack Institute of Technology the City of Greater Geraldton are proud to present the annual Big Sky Writers Festival Dinner at the Fitzgerald St Campus, Zeewijk Restaurant on Saturday September 15th commencing at 6.30pm.
Our Guest Chef is Theo Kalogeracos, proprietor of Little Caesars Pizzerias, radio personality and author of “Theo and Co – TAKE 2: In Search of the Perfect Pizza”.
Theo’s skills and culinary ability have been tried and tested on the world stage culminating in his victories in prestigious events such the 2006 Las Vegas Italian Chef Wars and 2010 World’s Best Pizza Maker.
Cost of $120.00 per person will include a magnificent 4 course dinner with Theo’s signature dishes as appetisers and sweets and complimented by a sumptuous main meal prepared by Durack Institute staff and students. Appropriate refreshments will be served with all courses during the evening.
If you want to improve your pizza making skills or looking for suggestions for quick, easy and healthy summer meals, Theo is conducting a ‘Masterclass’ on Saturday September 15th commencing at 10.00am – Noon in the Al Fresco area of the Zeewijk Restaurant. Tickets are just $35.00 per person to learn from the worlds best.
