A significant contribution of images to the Yamaji Yanda Image Archive historically collected by the Department of Aboriginal Affairs (DAA) Murchison Gascoyne Regional Office was kindly donated to Geraldton Regional Library in November 2018. Volunteers and staff have been busy working on scanning, accessioning, uploading, seeking permission etc. to enable this substantial collection to be completely digitised ready to launch during National Reconciliation Week 2020.
This image is one of the many now available via the Library online catalogue and shows the Commission of Elders, Department of Aboriginal Affairs Murchison Gascoyne Region c1995.
