Photo Release Form - RSYWA 2025

I permit the City of Greater Geraldton to publish or display photos, drawings or recordings and any other reproductions or adaptations, either complete or in part, or conjunction with any other wording and/or drawings of my image or images of my child or children for all uses in any country including publicity and/or merchandising and/or editorial purposes including the following purposes; 

• The City of Greater Geraldton web site
• Public displays
• Promotional material 
• The City of Greater Geraldton Annual Report
• Any printed or electronic publication produced by the City of Greater Geraldton or it's agents and representatives.
