ServiceWA Digital Assist Kiosks to open across regional WA

Regional Western Australians will get extra assistance to claim hundreds of dollars in cost-of-living relief, with ServiceWA Digital Assist Kiosks opening throughout the State.
From Broome to Albany, Geraldton to Collie, kiosks will offer free in-person digital assistance to anyone needing help establishing their Digital ID with myID and setting up the ServiceWA app.
The ServiceWA app is the fastest and most convenient way to access offers like the $100 Fuel Support Payment, and the WA Student Assistance Payment (WASAP), which is giving WA families $150 for kindergarten and primary school students and $250 for high school students.
Building on the success of the program in 2025, more than 20 kiosks are being set up at convenient locations throughout Western Australia including libraries, shopping centres, and schools.
A regional kiosk is available at Bunbury Service Centre every Wednesday from 8.15am to 4.30pm, while one of the first temporary kiosks has opened at Manjimup Public Library, running until 7 August, to assist families in claiming the payments.
With more than half of the kiosks located in the regions and outer metro area, accessing in-person assistance has never been more convenient.
The kiosks are free to attend and no booking is required. Visitors simply are asked to bring their charged smart device with the ServiceWA and myID apps installed, any two Australian identity documents, and their bank details, including BSB and account number.
The $100 Fuel Support Payment is available to anyone with a valid WA driver's licence. To claim the WASAP, parents and carers need their child's WA student number which can be found on school reports, NAPLAN results, or school-issued SmartRiders.
Other offers on ServiceWA include a Tackle Shop Rebate, with holders of a current Recreational Fishing from Boat Licence eligible for a $50 rebate on fishing gear, and the Treebate, which offers up to $150 for planting native trees.
