Geraldton Regional Library is excited to announce a new short story writing competition for
adults from across the Midwest, introduced in 2020 as a part of the Big Sky Readers and Writers Festival.
The winner and runner up were announced at the Festival Opening on Thursday 1 October 2020.
Congratulations to our inaugral winner, Marc Christoffersen with his entry Dark Waters, and runner up Loarraine Lambert with her entry, The Invisible Woman.
Their stories have now been published online via the Library Catalogue and can be viewed here:

A huge thank you to all who took part in the very first Big Sky Short Story Prize and made it a success.
