Local Heritage Trails

The following trails are available online via Trails WA.  Printed copies of these trails are also available from the Geraldton Visitor Centre or the Geraldton Regional Library.

  • Yamaji Drive Trail (Online Ap), Trail Brochure - Learn about significant Aboriginal sites across the City of Greater Geraldton
  • Old Stock Route Drive Trail - a 102km (return) drive which retraces a portion of Stock Route No. 9701.  Explore original Government wells, natural rockholes and ancient riverbeds.
  • War Years Drive Trail - Geraldton has had a long association with the military and war.  Learn all about this fascinating history on a 200km tourist walk/drive trail.
  • CBD Heritage Trails -  Walk or drive these fascinating heritage trails, taking in history from the West End, Waterfront, Bluff Point, Victoria Hospital and Marine Terrace.  The online version of this trail booklet is currently in redevelopment.
  • Mullewa Heritage Trails - A selection of interesting drive and walk trails.
